Around here the birds are mating a and the coons are thinking about it. I have been feeding a coon maned Johnny and I have know him since he was a baby 3 or 4 years ago. As it is every spring the Mothers run off their sons so there will be no inbreeding. Johnny was run off and the 2 females I had been feeding for years died this winter so Johnny came home and he was so happy to see me he did the happy dance. He was here for 2 weeks then showed up with a female-- then another female so he has two he will mate with and he will stay around here probably for the summer and maybe fall too!!
We did a whole LOT of smelling out there today...we were after mice and squirrels and stuff!! The fresh air was so nice...were you guys smelling barbecue??? xoxo Chloe and LadyBug
